CSSC Ship Electric Technology Co.,Ltd. Successfully Obtains ABS Type Approval Certificate!

On February 21, 2025, CSSC Ship Electric Technology Co.,Ltd. successfully obtained the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Type Approval Certificate for its core variable frequency electric control equipment. This achievement positions CSSC Ship Electric Technology Co.,Ltd. among the few domestic companies in the marine electric propulsion sector to receive ABS certification.

Currently, CSSC Ship Electric Technology Co.,Ltd. has obtained type approval certificates from six major international classification societies: CCS, BV, RINA, DNV, LR, and ABS. It is the only domestic marine electric propulsion enterprise in China to hold certifications from all six major classification societies. This milestone is of great significance for CSSC Ship Electric Technology Co.,Ltd.’s expansion into domestic and international markets, as well as its global development strategy.
